Please note that this Terms of Service encompasses all platforms that Painted Relics species are present on, including but not limited to Deviantart, Discord, and Toyhou.se. By using this website, you agree to adhere to and be bound by the terms set forth on this page. Failure to abide by these terms may result in a user receiving a warning or ban from all affiliated sites.

Terminology
The web pages available at https://painted-relics.com/ are owned and operated by Wisparia (“Captain”). The site is accessed by you (“User”) under the Terms of Use described below (“Terms”). Administrators and Moderators (“Knights” and “Scribes”) have permissions to monitor user behavior and to accept, reject, or report artworks and posts submitted to the site.
Agreement
You must be 16 or older to register on the site.
You must select a unique username for your account and keep your password secure and confidential. If any username is deemed at our sole discretion to be defamatory, hateful, offensive, vulgar, or otherwise unlawful or objectionable we may modify or void these names. You are solely responsible and liable for all activity conducted through your account. If you have reason to suspect a security breach of any kind you must report it immediately by contacting us.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and Painted Relics will not distribute or sell any information you provide to the site to any third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy.
You may only upload content to the site that you have ownership of or permission to use. By uploading any works to the site you give us permission to display the content around the site. Uploads must be reviewed and approved by mods before any content becomes publicly visible and must adhere to the following content rules. All content submitted to or displayed on the site must not… - Be Defamatory, Discriminatory, Hateful, or Threatening - Be Abusive, Harassing, Harmful, or Invasive of anyone’s privacy - Depict drug use, explicit sexualization, or gratuitous violence
You will retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of all original text, images, and other original content you post to the site. Painted Relics is not liable for any user-submitted content that is unlawful in any way. All other content provided by the site, included but not limited to asset images, logos, names, texts, etc. belong to Painted Relics. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or use any Painted Relics property except as explicitly permitted by Painted Relics.
You acknowledge that we may use your personal information to contact you in regards to your account and any content you publish to the site. We will communicate with you when necessary to manage your account with us, monitor your compliance with this agreement, and verify your personal information. You hereby consent to us collecting the personal information you disclose to us and sending electronic messages to you in the manner described above.
If you fail to comply with any obligation presented in this agreement, Painted Relics may terminate your access to the site and affiliated groups without prior notice. Painted Relics may also terminate or suspend any or all of the site services at any time without prior notice. Character ownership is treated as a separate matter to account or site termination.
